The Measure App is designed to work primarily on-device. We do not collect, store, or transmit personal data, photos, videos, or measurements to our servers or to third-party services.

2. Device-Only Storage

Measurements, images, floor plans, and history are stored locally on your device. Nothing is uploaded unless you explicitly choose to export, share, or back up your content.

3. Permissions

The Measure App may request access to:

• Camera – for AR measuring and scanning
• Photo Library / Files – to export images and screenshots

Permissions are used strictly to enable features you actively use. No data is accessed without your interaction.

4. No Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, share, or transfer any user data to third parties. All app functionality operates locally on your device unless you manually share content.

5. Subscriptions

The Measure App offers optional premium subscriptions that unlock additional tools and features.

• Subscriptions may be weekly or yearly with a 3-day free trial.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions anytime in your App Store account settings.

6. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect product improvements or legal changes. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated policy.
