All audio processing, live captions, translated subtitles, and saved transcripts are processed and stored locally on your device. Nothing is uploaded to the cloud unless you explicitly choose to export or manually share your saved transcripts.

3. Permissions

Live Translator: LTV may request access to:

• Microphone – to capture live speech for real-time transcription and translation.
• Network / Internet – strictly used during initial setup to securely download offline language packs.

Permissions are used strictly to enable features you actively use. No audio data is accessed, recorded, or processed without your direct interaction.

4. No Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, share, or transfer any user data, voice inputs, or text logs to third parties. All app functionality operates locally on your device, and your data is never used for AI training models.

5. Subscriptions

Live Translator: LTV offers optional premium subscriptions that unlock additional tools, unlimited translations, and extended transcription sessions.

• Subscriptions are available on a yearly basis and may include a 3-day free trial.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscriptions anytime through your App Store account settings after purchase.

6. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect product improvements or legal changes. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated policy.
