This policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds for Triignite services and applications.

App Store Purchases

For applications purchased through the Apple App Store, refund requests must be made directly through Apple's refund process. We do not process refunds for App Store purchases.

Service Cancellations

You may cancel any ongoing services at any time by contacting our support team. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Refund Process

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us with your request and we will respond within 5-7 business days.
